What drives the forecast

Studios sell slowest because 60 are planned and only 38 buyers asked for one in the test launch. A 4% lower price brings studios to 90% sold about 5 months earlier. The 3-bedroom units sell fastest because demand is 3.1 times supply, so a 5% higher price adds only about one month. Interest from the United Kingdom and Indonesia accounts for most of the first-year sales.

Based on test launch interest, price sensitivity and buyer activity by country.
